In dem Buch dreht sich alles um die Idee Einnahmen - Gewinn = Ausgaben. Der Gewinn muss unbedingt davor schon festgelegt werden. Sonst läuft man in die psychologische Falle die Ausgaben zu erhöhen. Es ist im Grunde das Prinzip "Pay yourself first" auf ein Business übertragen und absolut sinnvoll.Das Buch verdient aus meiner Sicht dennoch nur 2 Sterne, weil der Autor keinerlei Fakten liefert. In den ersten 50 Seiten ist keinerlei Inhalt vorhanden, aber gleich sofort wird das System erklärt. Sehr sehr unnötig.Der zweite Punkt der mich enorm gestört hat ist die Gewinn-Tabelle, die er aufstellt. Er legt 6 Unternehmensgrößen fest, die durch den Umsatz unterschieden werden. Angefangen vom Selbständigen bis ca. 250.000$ Umsatz bis hin zu 10 bis 50 Millionen $ Umsatz. Unabhängig von der Brache, der Strategie und der Markt muss dann der dort von ihm vorgegeben Profit erreicht werden. Ein Unternehmen mit 1 bis 5 Millionen Dollar Umsatz soll 10% Gewinn erwirtschaften. Warum und wieso wird einfach nicht ersichtlich. Der Autor hat das halt so festgelegt.Sehr schade, denn das Konzept ist durchaus sinnvoll. Leider fehlen im Buch die Fakten und der Autor wiederholt sich ständig.
Eine absolute Leseempfehlung für jeden Unternehmer. Nach 13 Jahren habe ich ein System gefunden, das wirklich hilft ein profitables Unternehmen aufzubauen
